MONDAY / 9 am / TurboKick & Hip Hop Hustle Mashup  (Princeton Club West)

TUESDAY / 8 am / Strength Training (Princeton Club West)
THURSDAY / 5:30 pm / Total Fitness  (GHC)

Full body strength/toning, cardio drills, yoga stretch.  4-wk sessions

Non-Members & Drop-Ins welcome.  Call GHC at 662-5090.

FRIDAY / 5 pm / Hip Hop Hustle (Princeton Club West)

Team-taught with Deanna Kane

SATURDAY / 8:30 am / Zumba (GHC)

4- or 8-wk sessions

SATURDAY / 11:15  am / Zumba (Princeton Club West)

Instructors rotate.  I teach the 3rd Saturday of each month.

**ALSO: Various Days and Times  / Personal Training (GHC)

One-on-one sessions, open to the public.  Held at the Sauk Trails location.
