I alternate every other week with Katie Bell.

 

MONDAY / 4:00-4:45 pm / TRX  Suspension Training  (Princeton Club West)

10-Week Sessions.  Advance registration required. PC Members $100,  Non-Members $150

 

THURSDAY / 5:30-6:30 pm / Total Fitness  (GHC)

Full body strength/toning, cardio drills, yoga stretch.  8 Sessions: Check GHC site for dates

Non-Members & Drop-Ins welcome.  Call GHC at 662-5090.

 

FRIDAY / 4:00-5:00 pm / Body Sculpt (Princeton Club West)

I alternate every other week.


FRIDAY / 5:00-6:00 pm / Hip Hop Hustle (Princeton Club West)

SATURDAY / 8:30-9:30 am / Zumba (GHC)

8-wk sessions

SATURDAY / 11:15 am-12:15 pm / Zumba (Princeton Club West)

Instructors rotate.  I teach the 3rd Saturday of each month.  .
