SKYPE SESSIONS AVAILABLE -  Meet LIVE online with me, via Skype. I’ll take you through workouts and eating plans, conveniently from wherever you are.

Skype is free, and you can meet with me whenever you like – once a week, or once a month – it’s up to you. Contact me for more info.

For local, on-site training:

Personal Training is for you, if you’re ready for the next ADVENTURE on your personal journey. You must be willing to work hard and EXCITED to improve and grow in all areas – not only physically – but mentally and emotionally.

This training is designed to help transform you. Not only will you have fun building physical strength and endurance, but you may discover other gifts that you never knew were there!

All of your workouts will be ever-changing and will include strength and cardio training, using many different styles, from beginner boot camp to dynamic flow yoga. You’ll receive help with training and nutrition logs, plus other tools to help with your success.

No home gym equipment needed. Workout tools will be provided for you.

Workout with a friend or two and save $$ – ask about Duo Sessions.

I have partnered with the Complementary Medicine Department.  You can either sign up through me, or if you’re a GHC member, get 50% off through the department.
